‘Virtual phone numbers’ is a simple way for your company to have an affordable local telephone number in over 50 countries! These multiple numbers all connect directly to your Cloud PABX (Private Branch Exchange), and the caller only pays the cost of a local call. Importantly, these numbers look and operate EXACTLY the same as a traditional phone number, meaning your customers simply dial the number on their usual landline or mobile/cell phone.

You don’t need to be in the office to enjoy the call cost savings that your new VoIP system will provide! With an Automatic Number Identification (ANI) Service, you can make a call through your Cloud PABX account from ANY landline phone or mobile/cell phone.

How does it work? Essentially, whatever phone you find yourself on, just dial your ANI Access Number (we will give this to you!). This enables the ANI system to identify you and determine how the call should be billed. Easy!

Connect your customers straight to the person they need to talk to with the Cloud PABX menu feature. Cloud PABX menus are verbal directories tailored to your unique business structure.

When your customers call, they are greeted with the primary welcome menu (Level 1). This level then extends to the subcategory menus and levels of your choice. The following is an example of a 3-level Cloud PABX menu.

Sometime one welcome message just isn’t suitable for all times of the day. Cloud PABX schedules can be programmed for your business hours of operation. For example, an alternate welcome message can be programmed for non-office hours, informing your customers of an appropriate time to call back.

The good news? Every phone that is connected to our Cloud PABX system as an extension can enjoy the voicemail service mentioned above.

The great news? When your caller is automatically prompted to leave a message, this voice message can also be sent to your email as an attached recording. It’s just another way that our service, improves your service!

Sometimes there’s just not enough time to take every call that comes through. So how do you prioritise? With Call Screening, callers must say their name before their call is put through to your extension. When you answer the call, you are told the caller’s name and therefore have the choice of whether to accept the call or not. You can also enter a list of caller ID’s for the callers you would like to exclude from any screening.

Plus you’ll love the functionality of quickly and easily sending SMS’s to one or numerous Outlook contacts! Our web portal gives you the convenience of utilising low cost MondoTalk SMS’s from anywhere – all you need is a web browser!
We have a range of 13, 1800 and 1300 numbers available, and can set these up for you. Incoming calls to your 13/1300/1800 number/s are charged at a low flat rate.
Want to operate multiple businesses through the one system? This feature makes it oh-so-simple to professionally and efficiently do just that. When a customer call comes through, you’re given advance notice as to what/which company they have called. Extension following programmed Never miss a call again! Simply program your PABX extension so that all calls that go unanswered are diverted to a different number.

Extension following manual No matter where you are, all the calls that come to your extension can still follow you! This can be accomplished via pre-programmed codes entered on your extension or via a webpage.

As shown in the graphic above, sub menus are accessible from the main welcome menu or via another sub menu. ‘Extensions’ refer to the landing locations or answering service points. Why bother trying to remember each staff member’s phone number, when ‘Dial by Name Directory’ lets you reach them simply by dialling the first 3 letters of the staff members last name when prompted by the Cloud PABX Directory Assistant.
Let multiple people in on the conversation with the Conference Calls feature. This feature allows multiple Cloud PABX users as well as regular phone users into the conference centre. All you need to do is simply set up the conference room and invite multiple users to log into the meeting. Additional callers can be added at any time during the conference.
Keep the conversation going. Call Forward lets you forward all incoming calls to another phone number.
Away from the office and need to make a long distance call? No worries! Just find the nearest internet connection, log-in to the ‘Web Call back’ link, enter your Cloud PABX account details, your current location phone number (even your mobile/cell), then enter in your calling destination. Like magic, the ‘Web Call Back’ service will call you at your current location and then connect you to your calling destination. The cost of this call is charged back to your Cloud PABX at our reduced VoIP calling rates.

Who said being on-hold can’t be fun? With the ‘Trivia on Hold’ feature, when your customers happen to be placed on hold, they are entertained by fun facts and exciting trivia. To stop any customers hearing the same info each time they call, your on-hold service is updated automatically every single month.

‘Porting’ enables you to switch to MondoTalk from your existing communications provider without changing your number.
